Hi, all!  I'm here today with a SPECIAL GIVEAWAY POST!  I am SUPER excited because it is my birthday month!  I'm also SUPER excited because I am SO CLOSE to reaching 500 followers AND July marks my 5th year blogaversary! (Stay tuned--I'm thinking on how to celebrate that one!)  I have a giveaway going for when I reach 500 followers HERE.  So, what's THIS giveaway all about, then?  Well...here's the run down...

I own too many stamps.

No, really, I do.

Some need to be used--they deserve new homes!

I have FAR too much patterned paper.

SERIOUSLY, I do.

Paper Sweeties June Inspiration Challenge #32 - 'Party Time'

Hello, hello, SWEET blogging friends!  It's Mynn here with a card for this month's Paper Sweeties challenge!  I hope you have some time to play--THERE ARE FREE PAPER SWEETIES PRODUCTS UP FOR GRABS! :)  Take a peek at our inspiration board for this month...

As I made this card, I thought I was going with the colors, but then I looked at the inspiration, and I saw I got the green/blue a bit wrong...oops!  I still like the card I came up with, though, so take a peek...

I created my own floral patterned paper using the Make Today Beautiful stamp set.  I added some Raspberry sequins to the centers of the yellow flowers for some added shine...and because they're pretty!

For the sentiment, I used one from the same Make Today Beautiful stamp set, but I framed it with a fun frame from the Beautiful stamp set.  I fussy cut the fancy label to keep just the polka dots...I'm loving all the polka dots on this card!  Some more Raspberry sequins were added to tie it all in together. :)

All I had to do was add a bit of ribbon, do a bit of layering, and--VOILA!  I love this super fun and bright card, do you?  I would LOVE to hear your opinion in the comments below!

Inspired By Stamping: Watercolor Birthday

Hi, all!  I'm here today with a CAS card using some fun sentiment stamps from the Inspired By Stamping online store.  This time, I used a die to help me create some spotlighted water coloring!  Come and take a peek...

I started this card by masking off some watercolor paper using the circle die from the Fancy Labels 3 Dies set.  Then, I used a watercolor pen and ink to create a spotlight water coloring.  I then added a sentiment from the Flower of the Month: Pansy stamp set.

I then just had to add a few sequins in matching colors and add my panel to the card base.  This one was jazzed up with some pink patterned paper. :)  I think this is super fun, and I know it will mail easily, too!  What do you think?  I'd love to hear in the comments below!

The Stamps of Life: Felt Piggy Banks

Hi, friends!  I'm back with another fun piggy card--this time I used some beautiful felt to die cut a piggy bank!  This card also uses some of the newest stamps from The Stamps of Life, and fun patterned papers.  Come and check it out...

The bank was created by die cutting some Bubblegum felt with the new Piggy Bank Die Set.  I added some silver glitter paper coins and a Strawberry cardstock heart to make it feel more like a bank.  I also added a googly eye...it's just fun! ;)

My patterned paper is from the Love Story Collection Patterned Paper Pad and I used Strawberry and Powdered Sugar cardstock to accent.  I also added some gray grosgrain ribbon for added texture.

The sentiment is from the morepiggy2stamp set and was stamped in Licorice ink.  I LOVE these punny sentiments--that's my THING! ;)  What do you think of this card?  I would love for you to leave me a comment and let me know!

CASE-ing Christmas: Gingerbread Cookies

Hi, friends!  I'm back today with another post to share our new challenge at CASE-ing Christmas!  We're using a past card of mine for our inspiration this time around...come and take a peek at it...

I loved this card when I made it, and I still do!  I decided to keep it relatively the same, with a focus on the gingerbread and adding washi.  I did go with different colors this time, though.  Take a peek...

Instead of all the same washi, I used some of the original washi and alternated with red and gold washi, too.  These gingerbread men are from a Waltzingmouse stamp set and they are SO CUTE!  I LOVE them!

The sentiment is from a small dollar stamp set I got at a consignment sale a while back.  I've been trying to use all these stamps, if you couldn't tell. ;)  I added some glitter with a Sakura gel pen to the sentiment, too.

I think I may like this new card better than the old one!  I just am not 100% sure if it's just a different style and I like them the same amount, though. ;)  What about you?  Do you like this card?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Inspired By Stamping: Watercolor Sentiments

Hiya, stamping friends! It's time for another day of the May release at the Inspired By Stamping online store! Today, we are showcasing the *NEW* Watercolor Sentiments stamp set.  This set has the FUNNEST font--you will LOVE these!  Come and check out my card for today...

I was inspired by our current blog challenge, Stripes, for this card.  I went for an elegant color scheme, too.  I did a recessed sentiment from the Watercolor Sentiments set to create some fun dimension.

I added some handmade heart embellishment pieces throughout the card to keep with the "love" theme. These fun gold enamel hearts really add more glitz and glam!

I just totally LOVE the fun font in this new Watercolor Sentiments set!!!  What do you think of it?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comment below!

Seaside Sentiments stamp set | Polka Dots stamp set

Inspired By Stamping: Seaside Sentiments + Polka Dots Sneak Peek

Hiya, stamping friends! It's time for another day of the May release at the Inspired By Stamping online store! Today, we are showcasing the *NEW* Seaside Sentiments stamp set.  This set coordinates perfectly with the Seaside stamp set that we featured yesterday, so you'll need to grab BOTH!  Take a peek at my card for today...

I decided to do some shadow stamping with this beautiful sentiment from the Seaside Sentiments stamp set.  I chose two blues because, well...read the sentiment, lol!

I decided to use the yet-to-be-released Polka Dots stamp set to create a bubbly, watery background.  I first watercolored some different blue and aqua inks onto a panel, sprayed it with glimmer mist, then stamped different images from the Polka Dots stamp set with blue inks and silver ink.

All that I had to do to finish it up was to add some glitter paper and deep aqua cardstock mats.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way this turned out!  What do you think?  I'd love for you to tell me in a comment below!

Seaside Sentiments stamp set | Polka Dots stamp set

Inspired By Stamping: Seaside + Big Wonderful

Hiya, stamping friends! It's time for another day of the May release at the Inspired By Stamping online store! Today, we are showcasing the *NEW* Seaside stamp set.  This set is AMAZING--perfect for summer!  LOTS of beach images, and great for scene building!  Come and look at my card...

I created a border along the bottom of the focal panel using some images from the *NEW* Seaside stamp set and a few brown inks.  I added some dry embossing to mirror the sea grass and add texture, as well.

The sentiment is from the Big Wonderful stamp set--didn't I tell you on Monday that this set was super versatile?! I LOVE it!

I distressed the panel edges and added a few bits of metal bling to finish the card up.  This will be going to my fabulous husband for Father's Day. :)  I absolutely LOVE how this turned out--what do you think?  Let me know in a comment below!

Seaside stamp set | Big Wonderful stamp set

Inspired By Stamping: Sun Ripened Pear

Hello again, stamping friends! It's time for another day of the May release at the Inspired By Stamping online store! Today, we are showcasing the *NEW* Sun-Ripened Pear stamp set.  It's a fabulous image set that has some beautiful sentiments to accompany it--you will LOVE this one!  Check out my card...

I started by adding some washi tape strips to a kraft card base. I then stamped the image from the Sun-Ripened Pear stamp set over the washi tape and paper pieced it.  I used some fun patterns that coordinated with the washi tapes.

Next, I stamped one of the fun sentiments from the Sun-Ripened Pear stamp set.  The sentiments this set come with are "Happiest Birthday", "Thank You", "It means so much to keep in touch", and "pear".  SO fabulous, and all in this fun font!

The last thing I did was add some fun metal bling to the card.  I didn't want to add more color, I felt like there was enough going on with the washi and patterned paper piecing.  What do you think?  I would love to hear your comments below!
