The Rainbow Card Challenge: Tantalizing Tangerine

Hi, all! Happy July! I hope you are all well and staying safe! This month, we decided to use a warm color for our inspiration at The Rainbow Card Challenge, and I hope you love it! This month's challenge is called Tantalizing Tangerine! Take a peek at our fun inspiration for this month...

SO much inspiration there, don't you agree? I LOVE it! I was very inspired by the floral images and decided to go CAS! Here's what I came up with...

I created this card with two stamp sets from Stampin' Up!, a little bit of dry embossing (trust me, it's there--lines above and below the sentiment), and some fun washi tape to help anchor and create a clean line for the floral images.

I totally love how this card turned out! I got to use some of my washi stash, and I love the way the various orange ink colors work together! What do you think? I would love to hear your opinion about it in the comments below!

If you're looking for even more inspiration, you should take a peek at what the other amazingly talented gals on the design team have created, too!

WELCOME TO IZZY!!! We are so glad you've joined us!

Christmas 24: Christmas Foliage

Hello, friends! I am SO excited to be sharing another card created for  Christmas 24If you follow along, you will have 24 cards made before the Christmas holiday each year! Challenges are biweekly on the 1st and 15th of the month, and this time's challenge is CHRISTMAS FOLIAGE

Take a peek at my creation...

I shopped my stash for this one, because I knew I had the most perfect stamps for this theme! The stamps I used are from Great Impressions and the inks are from Stampin' Up!. I used the various stamps to create a collage border on two panels, then heat embossed the sentiment using a mixed metal embossing powder to give it add shine and texture.

I love how elegant this card is! The best part is that it will be easy to mail! What do you think? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
