Beautiful You: Triple Time Stamping

Hi, friends!  Most of you heard the good news last week that I am now designing stamps for Inspired By Stamping!  I am SO excited about my first set, and so I wanted to share a card I made with my Beautiful You set.  I decided to do some triple time stamping on this one.  Take a peek!

I started by die cutting my background panels and then doing some triple time stamping with images from the Beautiful You set.  I then matted them with navy cardstock and layered them on top of each other again.  I also added come black seam binding ribbon from the Halloween Ribbon Collection, along with a couple of buttons and some navy baker's twine. I decided to go with circles for the sentiment panel.  I added some more of the same images from the Beautiful You set around the sentiment to tie it in to the background panels.

I added liquid pearls to the flower centers and Stickles to the centers of the dots for more texture and shine.  I used dimensional foam to add a bit more interest to the panels.  I really love this card and I hope you like it, too!  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Inspired By Stamping: Fresh Bouquet

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another release for the Inspired By Stamping online store!  Today we are sharing another fabulous new set--Fresh Bouquet.  This set is SO amazing--the large floral image is absolutely FABULOUS and perfect for coloring with any medium!  Take a peek at the card I've made using this gorgeous set... 

I heat embossed the image from the Fresh Bouquet set with clear embossing powder, then water colored it.  I added the sentiment over the top after stamping it onto vellum to allow more of this beautiful image to show through.  A few rhinestones were added fore a bit more texture and shine.  I decided to punch the corners to create a sort of vintage picture frame feel.

Some distressed patterned paper was all that was needed to finish the card base before adding my main focal image to it.  I am SO pleased with how this turned out!  I hope you think it looks nice, as well!  I can't wait to hear what you think in the comments below. :)

Inspired By Stamping: Words of Inspiration II

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another release for the Inspired By Stamping online store!  Today we are sharing another fabulous new set--Words of Inspiration II.  This set is SO fun to work with--and all the sentiments are just absolutely beautiful.  Take a peek at the card I've made using this new set...  

I chose to go CAS for this card to highlight the beautiful sentiment from the Words of Inspiration II set.  I scored some lines above and below it, then masked them off and stamped some of the floral images from the set to create a border.  Black rhinestones became flower centers, and the focal panel was matted with black cardstock.

I decided to go with a kraft card base to help the white focal panel POP even more.  I totally adore this fun card, and I hope you do, too!  I would love to hear your thoughts about it in the comments below! :)

Inspired By Stamping: Beautiful You + An Announcement!

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another release for the Inspired By Stamping online store!  Today we are sharing another fabulous new set--Beautiful You.  I am TOTALLY excited about this set because...I DESIGNED IT!  That's right!  I am now designing for Inspired By Stamping!  I cannot express how grateful I am to Joanna for this opportunity, and I hope that you like the sets I design, too!  Now that's out of the way, take a peek at the card I made to showcase my set today...

I decided to go one layer for this card.  I used the different images to create a wreath around one of the sentiments from the Beautiful You set, then added liquid pearls to the flower centers and sequins to tie it all together.  I went with super bright colors for a summery feel.  I LOVE it!

The only think I had to do after all that was to round the corners of the bottom of the card to give a more finished look.  I totally adore this card and am SO excited to see my designs in photopolymer!  I hope you like my card and set, too!  Please let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

Inspired By Stamping: Just For You

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another release for the Inspired By Stamping online store!  Today we are sharing another fabulous new set--Just For You.  This set is PERFECT for creating backgrounds and I LOVE that the sentiment elements are all separate--you can move the alignment in any way you wish as you stamp! I know that you will need this set in your stash soon!  Take a peek at the card I made today...

I stamped the sentiment from the Just For You set in black ink before adding the element stamping with the small images.  Some glitter, liquid pearls, and faux stitching to highlight this gorgeous sentiment.  I decided to go bold and bright with the colors, and I LOVE the way the focal panel turned out!

I prepped the card base with some chevron paper in a bright blue.  Everything was matted with black to make the colors POP even more.  I really adore this card--and it will mail perfectly!  What do you think of it?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

Inspired By Stamping: Sending You + Van Life

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another release for the Inspired By Stamping online store!  Today we are sharing TWO fabulous new sets--Sending You and Van Life.  Both are SUPER fun and I know that you will need them in your stash soon!  Take a peek at the card I made using the Sending You set...

I stamped this sentiment from the Sending You set using red and black inks onto a focal panel.  I added some faux stitching, rhinestones, red cardstock, and ribbon to finish off this focal panel.

A doily, some digital patterned paper, and more red cardstock gussied up the card base and finished off the card.  I kept the colors simple and elegant--the fonts from the Sending You totally remind me of a 50's diner, and so do these colors!  What do you think?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Next up, the Van Life set!  This one is totally retro and SO MUCH FUN!  The images and sentiments are totally 60's!  Take a peek at the card I created using this set...

I decided that I wanted to make a fun scene using the images from the Van Life set.  I used a grass die and some gray cardstock to create the road, then added some flowers to add an anchor.  The flowers were punched out and have liquid pearls added to the centers.

The van image from this set was paper pieced, then popped up on the card base.  I added the sentiment as a banner up at the top then matted everything with black cardstock.

I am really happy with the way this cards turned out!  I LOVE the different patterns together, and I adore the way those flowers look, too!  I hope you agree--I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Inspired By Stamping: Warbler Pen Cup

Hi, friends!  I'm back today to share a fun pencil/pen cup that I made using an old candle jar and some products from the Inspired By Stamping store!  Take a peek at the final project...

I used the Summer Warbler set for this fun project, along with some bold patterned papers, washi tapes, and a mix of flowers.  I went with bright colors to keep it cheerful and whimsical. A bit of glitter was added to the bird for added texture and shine.
