Kennedy Grace Creations: Lovely Little Layers

Hi, all!  I have a CAS layered card to share with you today.  It uses some of the *NEWEST* products from the Kennedy Grace Creations store, and I decided to keep it relatively monochrome.  Take a peek...

This beautiful image is from the *NEW* Grace's Little Notes stamp set.  To create this effect, I layered three pieces of white cardstock.  I used removable adhesive to keep the smaller pieces in place, then stamped the floral image in black ink.  I then matted each piece and layered them with permanent and dimensional foam adhesives.  The centers were jazzed up with glitter, and a few sequins from the *NEW* Paris in Spring sequin mix add a bit more sparkle, shine, and finish to the image panel.

I wanted to keep the image the only important part of the card, so I chose to keep with black and white layers.  I used a subtle white glitter paper for just a bit more texture and shine.  I really love the way this turned out!  I hope you like it, too!  Please leave me a comment below and let me know what you think!

Thank you so very much for stopping by today!  I hope you go grab these beautiful products from the Kennedy Grace Creations store today--they are a beautiful addition to any stash!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends!

Kennedy Grace Designs: Sketch Challenge

Hi, friends!  I'm back today with another card using beautiful products from the Kennedy Grace Designs store.  We have a fun sketch challenge on the Kennedy Grace Designs blog, and that was my inspiration for today's creation.  Check it out...

I used the *NEW* Grace's Little Notes stamp set for the image on this card.  I colored it with glitter gel pens, then punched it out and layered it before adding it to the card base.  I cut an extra flower out to add to the small banner next to the main image, also colored with glitter gel pens.

The sentiment is from the You Inspire Me stamp set.  It was stamped directly onto patterned paper and  I added a flower sequin from the *NEW* Honeybee sequin mix to dot the "i".

Some glitter papers, more sequins from the *NEW* Honeybee sequin mix, and dimensional foam was all that I needed to highlight this beautiful image and fun sentiment.  I think this turned out to be very striking!  I hope you like it, too!  I'd love for you to leave me a comment below with your thoughts! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends!  Hop over to the Kennedy Grace Creations blog to play along with our sketch challenge and to see the other inspiration from the gals on this awesome team!  I'll be back another time with more paper crafted creations, but until then, HUGS and happy stamping, friends!

Kennedy Grace Creations: April 2016 Release Hop

Hello, everyone!  Today is the blog hop for the April 2016 Kennedy Grace Creations release, and I have a soft and shabby chic sympathy card to share with you!  Take a peek...

This card uses beautiful stamps from the *NEW* Grace's Little Notes stamp set.  I stamped the floral border twice to create a frame, then added the sentiment.  I colored the flowers with Spectrum Noir markers, then added a few sequins from the *NEW* Honeybee sequin mix.

I added my stamped panel onto a card base that was prepped with some pretty patterned paper, a doily, ribbon trim, and more sequins from the *NEW* Honeybee sequin mix.  I think this turned out really well, and I hope you agree.  Please leave a comment below to let me know what you think!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Your next stop is Cindy.  Head over to the Kennedy Grace Designs blog for the full hop order--there are prizes up for grabs and TONS of beautiful inspiration!  I'll be back later with more creations to share, but until then, HUGS and happy stamping to all!

Kennedy Grace Creations: One Layer!

Hey, all!  I'm really excited to share the card I have for you today!  I haven't done many CAS or one layer cards recently, so I thought I would go for it!  I used some fun stamps and sequins from the Kennedy Grace Creations store to complete my creation today.  Take a peek...

The stamps are from the fabulous "You Inspire Me" stamp set.  I used some fun colored inks for the tiny images and then added a smattering of sequins from the Sunshine on the Daisies sequin mix

The only other thing I did was to round the bottom corners of my card base!  I am SO pleased with how this beautiful creation turned out!  I hope you like it, too!  I'd love for you to leave me a comment below to let me know what you think!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends!  That's all I have for you, but I hope you take some time to craft today!  Don't forget to go grab these fabulous products from the Kennedy Grace Creations store, too!  I'll be back soon with more paper crafts to share.  Until then, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Kennedy Grace Creations: Hugs to You!

Hello again, my friends!  I'm back with another fun card using sequins from the Kennedy Grace Creations store!  I had lots of fun with this one.  I know it's not really close to Valentine's Day or anything, but I really wanted to make a small CAS love themed card with the *NEW* Watermelon Spritzer mix, so I did!  Take a peek...

I punched a heart shape out of the white focal panel, then stamped a sentiment and laid the panel aside.  I took a piece of red cardstock and glued sequins to it, then layered the white piece on top using dimensional foam.  A glittery chipboard arrow, a large sequin from the Watermelon Spritzer mix, and a glittery red heart were added for a bit more texture and glam.

I REALLY love the way this fun little card turned out!  I want to experiment with all kinds of shapes now--I think flowers and butterflies are next on the agenda! ;)  What do you think?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends!  I hope that you take some time today to craft and create!  If you're looking for some GORGEOUS sequins, the place to start is the Kennedy Grace Creations store, so hop over and see what they have in stock today!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Kennedy Grace Creations: March Release Hop

Hi, all!  It's time for the Kennedy Grace Creations March release hop, and I have 2 cards to share with you today!  Let's get straight to it.  Check out my first card...

This card uses the *NEW* You Inspire Me stamp set, as well as the Spring Lilac and Kindness Medley sequin mixes.

I stamped the sentiment and images onto the card base, then added a sprinkling of sequins.  I LOVE the spring colors of these sequin mixes, and the tiny images in the You Inspire Me stamp set are fabulous!

The next card has another fabulous spring color scheme, as well!  This one uses a line image that was colored with markers, then stamped onto the focal panel.  Check it out...

This card was made with the *NEW* Grace's Happy Heart stamp set, Pixie Pink TuTu sequin mix, and Kindness Medley sequin mix.  I threw in some sequins from the previously released Sunshine on the Daisies sequin mix, as well.

I stamped the sentiment over the image, then added some faux stitching to the focal panel.  All in all, I am really pleased with these two cards!  I hope you like them, as well!  Please leave me a comment below to let me know your thoughts!

Want to win these *NEW* products?!  Join in the fun with the hop!  If you haven't made all the stops, make sure you do!  Here's the release order:
