Eat, Drink, & Be Scary!

Hi, friends!  I'm here sharing a fun Halloween themed card I made using some fun stamps from Red Rubber Designs!  I kept the layout pretty simple to keep the image the main focus.  Check it out...

The image, from the Be Scary set, was stamped onto some fun patterned paper from the Fruit Punch QwikPax paper pack.  I then paper pieced the darling witches hat.  I LOVE that it has a bow on it!!!  Some glossy accents for the eyes, layered punch pieces, liquid pearls, and a rhinestone flower finished it off. :)

I simply stamped the sentiment from the Be Scary stamp set onto a piece of white paper.  I distressed the edges before adding it behind the image on the card.

For the card base, I just layered some purple cardstocks and patterned paper, all with distressed edges.  A few orange/yellow rhinestones tie the liquid pearls and flower center in to add coherence.  I think this is super darling--I hope you agree!  Please leave me a comment below and let me know!

I'm entering this card into the following challenges~

Thank you so much for stopping by!  I am so grateful for all the visits I receive, as well as all the kind comments.  I hope you take some time to join in the fun with these fabulous challenges!  I'll be back later with more paper crafty inspiration.  Until then, HUGS and happy stamping, friends!

Peaceful Seas

Hi, all!  I'm back today to share a card using some beautiful stamps from the Red Rubber Designs store!  I used the Smackin' Acetate technique to create the beautiful sunset sky for image.  Come and take a peek...

As I stated above, I created a sunset sky using the Smackin' Acetate technique, then I stamped the image from the Peace Be Still stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I added more color with some Faber Castell Big Brush pens. I added a rhinestone daisy for a bit more shine and interest.

The card base was prepped with a punched border, a strip of patterned paper, and some velvet ribbon.  The sentiment, also from the Peace Be Still stamp set, was stamped using the same Memento Tuxedo Black ink and was added directly to the card base.

I really love the way this turned out!  I think the colors are perfect for an end of summer creation, don't you?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

I'd like to enter this card into these fabulous challenges~

Praying For You

Hi, friends!  I'm here with a sympathy card that I recently made that has, sadly, needed to be sent out.  It seems that I have a lot of friends losing those they love.  My hope is that my creations can bring just a bit of peace to those who receive them.  Here's the card...

This card uses a sentiment from the Joyful Notes stamp set at Red Rubber Designs.  The stamped panel was created using the Damask Elements stamp set.  The green patterned paper is from the Catelynne Patterned Paper Collection.

Even though this card is for a sad cause,  I am very pleased with the way it turned out.  And, like I stated before, I do hope that it brings a little bit of comfort to the family who has lost a loved one.

I'm entering this card into these fabulous challenges~

Thank you so much for stopping by to take a peek at my creation!  I hope you join in with these fabulous challenges.  Hug your loved ones a little bit tighter tonight, and forgive more readily.  You never know what could happen.  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping to you all.

Red Rubber Designs: Thank You

Hi, friends!  I'm back with another card that uses beautiful stamps and papers from the Red Rubber Designs online store.  This one is a quick and simple Thank You card in a cool color scheme...take a peek...

This beautiful sentiment is from the Oval Greetings stamp set. It comes with two stamps--this one, and another shape with the sentiment "For You".  I LOVE the beautiful fonts and swirls on these stamps, and the price is always right!

The patterned papers I used are from the Catelynn Patterned Cardstock Collection. Not only do these collections come with fabulous papers, they also come with fun element stickers, as well!  Again, the price is right--this one is on sale right now!!!

That's all for me today, friends!  I'll be back soon with more cards made using products from the Red Rubber Designs online store.  Thank you so much for stopping by--I hope you leave me a comment to let me know what you think of my card!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)
