Great Impressions: CAS Tulips

Hi, all!  It's time for me to share another creation using some fun rubber stamps from the Great Impressions online store!  Take a peek at my offering today...

I haven't made a lot of one layer cards recently, so I decided to make one using H251 Tall Tulips and B151 A Little Hello.  I colored the image with Spectrum Noir markers, added some glitter, and threw a few blue pearls onto the card to represent "sky".

The top was gussied up with some pink gingham ribbon--I LOVE the way this pattern looks with this image!  I am very pleased with how this creation turned out, and I hope you like it, too!  I would love for you to leave me a comment below and let me know what you think!

That's all for me today, friends.  THANK YOU so much for stopping by to take a peek at my card!  I also would love for you to come and join our monthly challenge!  If you use a stamp from the Great Impressions online store, please link it up in our Customer Gallery, too!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Kennedy Grace Creations: April 2016 Release Hop

Hello, everyone!  Today is the blog hop for the April 2016 Kennedy Grace Creations release, and I have a soft and shabby chic sympathy card to share with you!  Take a peek...

This card uses beautiful stamps from the *NEW* Grace's Little Notes stamp set.  I stamped the floral border twice to create a frame, then added the sentiment.  I colored the flowers with Spectrum Noir markers, then added a few sequins from the *NEW* Honeybee sequin mix.

I added my stamped panel onto a card base that was prepped with some pretty patterned paper, a doily, ribbon trim, and more sequins from the *NEW* Honeybee sequin mix.  I think this turned out really well, and I hope you agree.  Please leave a comment below to let me know what you think!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Your next stop is Cindy.  Head over to the Kennedy Grace Designs blog for the full hop order--there are prizes up for grabs and TONS of beautiful inspiration!  I'll be back later with more creations to share, but until then, HUGS and happy stamping to all!

MHKDesigns: Pumpkin Jack

Hello, friends!  Time for another release for MHKDesigns!  We've got five new sets and a few new paper packs to share with you this month.  Today we are featuring...

The "Pumpkin Jack" digital stamp set~

I just LOVE this darling jack-o-lantern, don't you?!  I saw him and had to write a poem for him.  I decided to include it as one of the sentiments in the "Pumpkin Jack" set. ;)  Take a peek at my easel card...

I used more papers from the Haute Halloween set on this card.  I colored the image from the "Pumpkin Jack" set with Spectrum Noir markers, then added shine to the eyes and mouth with a Sakura Glaze gel pen.

The sentiment is on the "inside", but also acts as a way for the easel to stand up.  I added some faux stitching around the sentiment to frame it and add some interest.  I used the same Sakura Glaze gel pen as I used for Jack.  A strip of paper from the Haute Halloween pack helps tie it all together!

I added a few sparkly stars and some ribbon to finish my card off.  I think this is super fun--and I LOVE how the Haute Halloween paper coordinates with the "Pumpkin Jack" set, don't you?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

For more inspiration using this gorgeous set, please check out the other gals on my team who are also showcasing this set!

Inspired By Stamping: Waterlily Card

Hi, guys!  Mynn here again back with another card using beautiful products from our newest release at the Inspired By Stamping store!  This time I've used alcohol markers to color this beautiful water lily image.  Come and look!

I started by stamping the water lily image from the Flower of the Month: Water Lily set onto some white card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I then used Spectrum Noir markers to color and shade the image in a soft pink color.

I then colored a soft blue over the rest of the panel and added a sentiment in the top right corner from the same Flower of the Month: Water Lily stamp set.  I then layered the stamped panel onto some black and added it to a kraft card base.

Voila!  Simple instructions, but it took a little while.  It was fun work and I am very pleased with how the final product ended up.  What do you think?

That's all for me today!  I hope you take a chance to go and grab our newest release from the store and, if you spend $50, you will get a free stamp set!  Also, come and join in the fun of our current challenge, too!  If you use products from the Inspired By Stamping store, link them up in the Customer Gallery as well!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all!

Inspired By Stamping: Lily of the Valley

Well, hi again!  I'm excited to have another card to share today using stamps from Inspired By Stamping!  This card is pretty CAS and it uses one of my absolute favorite flowers--Lily of the Valley!  Here it is!

I started by stamping the lily image from the Lily of the Valley stamp set.  I colored it using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and then added some glitter to the blooms.  A few liquid pearl dots also accent the image.

Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Lily of the Valley stamp set and punched it out and matted it before adding it to the card.  Two liquid pearl dots finished this portion of the card.

Some faux stitching finished off this simple yet elegant card.  I decided to do the stitching a bit differently than just the single line--the crosses seemed perfect to frame this image!

That's all for me today!  I hope you like my project and that you hop over to the Inspired By Stamping store to grab these goodies today!  Also, don't forget to take a peek on the Inspired By Stamping blog for more inspiration using these products!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all!

Hi, friends! I am back with another creation as the Guest Designer at Sweet Stamps!  This time I'm using a fabulous border image from the collection of their wonderful rubber cling stamps!  This week, I've been asked to create something that uses the theme of  IT'S SUMMER!

Here's my creation~

Details~

Nothing says summer to me like juicy strawberries!  I LOVE them and LOVE eating them all season long!  This border is absolutely perfect to go across a card and perfect for coloring and liquid pearls were used to accent this delicate image.  It's just so pretty!
