Inspired By Stamping: Surprise Blog Hop!

Hi, hello, and welcome!!!  Today is a very special day--some of us from the Inspired By Stamping design team are throwing a SURPRISE blog hop for the owner--Joanna!  We're sharing cards made with the *NEWEST* release stamps.  I decided to use the Flower of the Month: Poppies stamp set for my sentiment and the Summer Baskets stamp set for my flowers...take a peek!

I used the Rock 'n' Roll technique on these fun flowers from the Summer Baskets stamp set, then added rhinestones to the center to create sunflowers or daisies--whichever you prefer!  The sentiment, from the Poppies stamp set, was stamped , punched, then layered onto the card base.

Some punches, ribbon, and glitter paper were all that I needed to finish off this card!  I think it's super cute, and I LOVE the fun, sunny feel!  What about you?  I would LOVE to hear your thoughts, so please do leave a comment below!

I've made a few cards using different sponsor products, and I'll be sharing them throughout the 2 weeks of the hop.  Up first, my card using a darling image by All Dressed Up!  I CASEd THIS CARD and used the square shape, glitter bling, and strip across the center as my inspiration. Take a peek...

The image I used is called Christmas Post.  I water colored it before adding it to my card.  A white enamel star was added for more shine, and I fussy cut out the sign from a second print out to pop up for more dimension.

I added some ribbon, glitter paper, and rhinestones to the base of the card to finish it off.  I think this is super darling--all thanks to the image from All Dressed Up!  What do you think?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

I went monochrome with this card and added just a tad of bling with some sequins and liquid pearls.  This could easily be made into any color for a personalized birthday card!
