Inspired By Stamping: Fresh Bouquet

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another release for the Inspired By Stamping online store!  Today we are sharing another fabulous new set--Fresh Bouquet.  This set is SO amazing--the large floral image is absolutely FABULOUS and perfect for coloring with any medium!  Take a peek at the card I've made using this gorgeous set...

I heat embossed the image from the Fresh Bouquet set with clear embossing powder, then water colored it.  I added the sentiment over the top after stamping it onto vellum to allow more of this beautiful image to show through.  A few rhinestones were added fore a bit more texture and shine.  I decided to punch the corners to create a sort of vintage picture frame feel.

Some distressed patterned paper was all that was needed to finish the card base before adding my main focal image to it.  I am SO pleased with how this turned out!  I hope you think it looks nice, as well!  I can't wait to hear what you think in the comments below. :)

Inspired By Stamping: Grungy Butterflies

Hi, friends!  I'm back with another card using beautiful stamps from Inspired By Stamping!  I used cool tones and did a bunch of different techniques.  Take a peek at the final products...

I started by creating a fun sponged background using the Polka Dots set.  First, I heat embossed the images on white cardstock with clear powder.  I then sponged the panel with different colors of purple and blue.  I sponged the edges with black ink, then sprayed the panel with glimmer mist for a bit more shine.  A bit of glitter was added in certain places along the edge for even more texture.

Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Watercolor Sentiments set and matted it with black cardstock.  I kept it simple and just added some glitter to random places around the edge.  I placed this panel on the card at an angle for more interest.

Lastly, I stamped a few butterflies from the Butterflies stamp set onto vellum.  I fussy cut them out and added them to the card.  Some glitter was added to the butterfly bodies to tie in the other glitter already on the card.  I LOVE these beautiful butterflies--they add just the right amount of elegance!

Some ribbon from the Halloween Ribbon collection, a button, purple glitter paper, a punched border, and some pearls finished this creation off.  I have to admit, I am really loving the way it turned out!  What do you think?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends!  I hope you like my offering for today, and I hope that you go grab these beautiful products from the Inspired By Stamping store!  Also, take a little time to create something today--you know you want to!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping! :)

Great Impressions: Blue Birdhouse

Hi, all!  I'm back today to share another card I made using stamps from Great Impressions.  I went soft and shabby this time around.  Take a peek...

I started by stamping and heat embossing K12 Floral Birdhouse on some gray cardstock. I fussy cut the image out and then added glitter for more texture and shine.  A few blue pearls accent the image and add some elegance.  A doily and polka dot ribbon tie in the polka dot paper with the image.

Two different polka dot papers and the polka dot ribbon just make me SUPER happy!  I really adore this card--and it's perfect for any occasion.  I hope you like it as much as I do!  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

That's all for me today, friends.  THANK YOU so much for stopping by to take a peek at my card!  I also would love for you to come and join our monthly challenge!  If you use a stamp from the Great Impressions online store, please link it up in our Customer Gallery, too!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Great Impressions: May Challenge: Blinged Birthday

It's time for another monthly challenge at the Great Impressions blog, and this month we're looking for blinged up birthday cards!  Take a peek at my FLASHBACK card...

I originally posted this card back in August 2014, but I'm bringing it out of the vault!  I used two fabulous stamps from Great Impressions on this card--E846 Flag Banner and H257 Someone Like You. This sentiment is totally fabulous--it is TOTALLY possible to use just this stamp to create some amazing birthday cards!

Inspired By Stamping: Plumerias

Hey, everyone!  I am SUPER excited to get to share creations made using the *NEWEST* acrylic stamps from Inspired By Stamping!  Today we are featuring the *NEW* Plumerias set.  Take a peek at my card...

I stamped the single plumeria bloom from the *NEW* Plumerias set multiple times to create a background.  I colored them and then added some glitter for texture and shine.

I stamped the sentiment from the Plumerias set onto vellum, then heat embossed it with some black glittery embossing powder.  I added some pink gingham ribbon as an anchor for the sentiment. A fun rhinestone flower finished off this portion of the card

Some glitter paper and gray matting was added to keep with a softer vibe.  This card reminds me of a soft sunset on a beautiful beach!  I hope you enjoy it, too!  Please let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends!  That's all I have for you today, but I'll be back later with more inspiration using fabulous products from the Inspired By Stamping online store.  Until then, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)
