One layer...

Well, this will teach me.  I haven't made very many one layer cards in a while and now I know that if I want them to turn out okay, I have to practice more!  I've made three one layer cards that I'll share in a couple different posts.  Please be nice.  Like I said, I haven't done a lot of one layer cards recently! ;)

I've used stamps by Rubber Stamp Tapestry and a sentiment from my stash (not sure where from--got this at a consignment sale).  Rhinestones are by Kaiser Kraft and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.

I'm not sold on this one.  I do like it, but I'm not sure it is the best I've made.  Oh, well!  I've got another card to share in this post--NOT one layer, lol!

For this card I've used a rectangular stamp by Close to My Heart, bubble wrap, and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.  I hand drew in the turquoise frame.  I think I like the artsy feel of this card.  It's still new to me to create things with an artsy feel but I'm getting more comfortable with it. :)

Fun with textures...

I decided I needed to do something with dry embossing.  I don't know why, but running paper through my Sizzix Purse calms my nerves or something.  Anyway, I LOVE IT!  I think it's the anticipation of what it will look like when it comes out.  And this time both panels came out exactly how I wanted them to!!!
