MHKDesigns: Beautiful Bottles

Hello, friends! It is time for another release for the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop, and I have some super fun sets and papers coming your way! There are a few "anytime" sets, and we're also looking ahead to a few fall holidays this month! I hope you grab them for your stash! Today we are featuring the *NEW*...

Beautiful Bottles set!

Take a peek at my creation...

I used two different images from the Beautiful Bottles set for my focal images. I cut the lid off of one of them to add a bit more reality to the scene. The images were colored using Spectrum Noir markers, and a few pearls were added to accent the bottles.

The sentiment, also from the Beautiful Bottles set was printed onto vellum, then added over the top of the images. I added some liquid pearls down one side fore a bit more texture.

I used papers from the World Traveler and Very Distressing paper packs to my card base. I sandwiched some cheesecloth in between the two papers and added some glitter for more texture. I am very happy about how this came together, and I hope you like it, as well! I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

MHKDesigns: Tweet Tweet

Tweet Tweet set!

Take a peek at my creation...

I printed my little bird friend from the Tweet Tweet set, as well as the sentiment, onto vellum. I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the bird (on the back side of the vellum) and added it and the sentiment on top of some washi tapes.

I used paper from the Cheerful Chirpings paper pack for my "sky" and used die cuts and punches to create a sun. A few punched clouds were also added to the "sky", and their edges glittered for more texture and shine.

A few rhinestones were added to help keep the sentiment held down to the card base. I love the way this turned out, and I hope you do, too! I can't wait to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Inspired By Stamping: Neon Beauty

Hi, all! Thanks so much for stopping by today! I am excited to share my latest creation with you using some of the *NEWEST* stamps from the Inspired By Stamping online store! I decided to go neon this time. ;) Take a peek at my card for you today...

I just adore the gorgeous image in the *NEW* Fresh Bouquet set. I heat embossed part of it onto black cardstock using bright pink embossing powder. I then colored the image in with colored pencils and added some liquid pearls to the centers of the hydrangea blossoms. I love the way the colors POP off of the black, don't you?

I decided to use a sentiment from the *NEW* Beautiful You set for this card. I stamped it onto white card with bright pink ink before adding it to the focal panel. I am so grateful to see one of my stamp designs come to life and I can't wait to design more sets for Inspired By Stamping!

I decided to mat the focal panel with white to help it stand off of the black card base. A smattering of rhinestones, some faux stitching, and a bit of patterned paper were used to finish off this card. I really like the way it turned out, and I hope you do, too! Paper Sweeties: 4th Birthday Celebration!

Hi, all! I'm super excited to be participating in the 4th Birthday Celebration for Paper Sweeties today! Thank you to Debbie for inviting me to join in with the fun, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to her sweet company!

I chose to go CAS for my creation. I used some fun stamps and embellishments from the Paper Sweeties store. Take a peek at the final product...

I used the Happy Cake Day set, Happy Cake Day Sweet Cuts dies, and Marshmallow Sequins for this fun card. The images were colored in with Glaze gel pen and glitter. I kept the colors simple for the WOW factor off of all that white space.

A bit of dry embossing and faux stitching, along with a twine and button anchor, finish off this birthday card. I think it's super cute, and I hope you like it, too! I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)
