Crafty Cardmakers Challenge #60: Use Beads

Hello! Welcome to another fabulous Crafty Cardmakers Challenge! :) This fortnight, we'd like to see beads on your projects, please! MAKE SURE we can see the beads and they are easily seen--that is the point of this challenge, after all! :)

I was so glad to get the opportunity to use my SU! Pretties Kit--it's been sitting on the shelf getting dusty just DREAMING of this day! I used a hat pin and beads from the kit with a piece of soft white ribbon at the top to accent my sentiment. The sentiment is another stamp from the Tagtastic Hostess set from Stampin' Up! I really like that this sentiment is a bunch of little dots--it looks so cool! I thought that since the sentiment was made up of dots, that I should use dots as my theme--so I went a little polka dot crazy! :) It was fun, though, and I think the card turned out nicely.     I really love the colours and layout of your card and the greeting is adorable. The hatpin is beautiful, this probably sounds silly but did the pin come ready made with the beads or did you design it yourself? Love the ribbon too, such a nice finishing touch.
