LIM x 2

Here are two cards for this week's LIM challenge: Aqua! LIM is now one year old!!! Congrats, ladies! What a fabulous milestone! I tried to make a birthday card in your honor...but I don't quite like it...

Here it is with a close up~


It's okay, but NOT LIM worthy!!! So, I did something a little different. I used the same papers and embellishments, but made it a thank you.

Ah! Much better!!! Going back to the drawing board for another one that IS an okay birthday card! Happy stamping!!! :)

    What pretty buttterflies Mynnette! Love your frame on the first card and the sweet polka dot embossed background on the second!

    Both cards are lovely Mynnette, but like you I prefer the second version...it's a stunner, the dimension on the butterfly is fab!

    I think they are both worthy, but embossing does seem to add just a touch of something special doesn't it :)
