TSOT: Bright & Bold Birthday

Hello, everyone!  We've got another amazing sketch for you to play with over at Try Stampin' On Tuesday and we cannot wait to see what you create!!!

This sketch was a bit tough for me.  I don't know why!  BUT, once I embraced it, the card came together amazingly and it looks pretty darned good if I do say so! ;)
