Update{ish} and two cards...

Here is my "update" on the computer situation.  Still using the desktop.  UGH.  Slower than molasses in January (in the NORTHERN hemisphere) and I am about fed up with it!  BUT--the laptop should be in my clutches by the weekend!  Huzzah!

Other news, sad by all accounts, I am having to step down from 3 amazing DTs.  I've had to say goodbye at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long, Crafty Cardmakers, and Try Stampin' On Tuesday for personal reasons.  I am technically still a DT member at CCM and TSOT but will be playing along very minimally for a bit.  I've got some things going on in my life that are making it hard for me to keep up with everything and not feel like I want to just give up on it all and so I'm stepping back in all aspects of my life right now.  I won't go into details, just don't think I'm giving up DTs willy-nilly!  I LOVE all the ladies I've gotten to work with and it was a super hard decision to make, but a necessary one.  I want to continue to focus on the challenges that I own or co-own and to still enjoy the blogging and creating experience right now, so this is what I've had to do.  Please play along with these challenges still, they are amazing!

Okay, so let's get onto happier things.  I've got two cards to share with you today!!!  Yippee!!!  I am still trying to take time each day to create something "just because."  There is always a lot of comfort that comes from doing something that you love, you know?

Here's the first card~

Details~

Yes, I decorated the inside...minimally! ;)  Shout out to Ruth!

For these fabulous challenges~

(I've used a new stamp set!!!)

As I stated above, the NEW to me is the stamp set that I used.  It's an "Inchies" set from Inkadinkado--these are such fun to play with!  The colors turned out amazingly and I am really happy with the way this card came together!

Here's the second card~

Details~

For these fabulous challenges~

Whew.  Here is a MUCH MORE CAS card than my first entry for this week's LIM challenge...and I LOVE it!  I added just a bit of bling to mimic dew...at least that is what I was going for.  Hope you see it, too! ;)

Thanks for stopping by and taking time out of your day to visit me!  I really appreciate each visit and each comment--I really do read them all!  If you have any specific questions about my cards, please email me!  Happy stamping! :)
