TTT: Water Stamping

Welcome to April!  How was March?  Are you ready for SPRING?!  I know I am!  Anyway, the reason for this post is to inform you that we have a new technique ready for you to try over at Technique Time Tuesday!  This month we're learning about WATER STAMPING.  SO fun!!!

All supplies used are by Stampin' Up! with the exception of the twine, rhinestones, and specialty papers.
