Pink Polka Dots

Hello, friends!  Well, I got some goodies in the mail today and so I just HAD to sit down and make something with them! Luckily, I had just the occasion--a first birthday party!  So, I got busy...and this is what I came up with...

I've used stamps by Paper Sweeties, patterned paper by Echo Park, pins by My Mind's Eye, glitter gel pens by Sakura, rhinestones by Studio 120, Stickles by Ranger (cupcake "frosting"), and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.
