Easter Tulips

Hi, friends!  I've got a card that features some water coloring and some a lovely tulip image!  I LOVE tulips, and so I buy almost every stamp of tulips that I see...also, bird stamps.  But that's because I have a sister obsessed with birds.  If you'd like to watch something funny about birds, go here....and I'm digressing. ;)

I've used rhinestones by Want 2 Scrap, ribbon from my stash, and all other supplies are from Stampin' Up!.  I recently got this image and some aqua painters from my annual Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration party and I have to say, those aqua painters are AMAZING.  I bought some cheap ones a few years back, but these ones are FABULOUS.  WELL worth the extra money!
