Inspired By Stamping: Altered Tin

Well, hi again!  I'm excited to have another creation to share with you today using stamps from Inspired By Stamping!  This time, I have used lots of different flowers from the store to create a gift set!  Take a peek!

I started by covering the tin and its lid with some patterned paper.  I liked the colors and the texture of the wood grain and so I chose some kraft paper to create a seed packet front using stamps from the Garden Seed Packets set and then some matching flowers to add to the tin.  A pennant stating that the gift is to say thank you and some ruffled ribbon trim finished off the tin.  The sentiment and pennant were made using stamps from the Garden Seed Packets set as well.

Next, a small thank you card was created to go along with the tin.  A daisy flower was used as the only embellishment and the wording is from the Sweet Pea set.

That's all for me today!  I hope you like my project and that you hop over to the Inspired By Stamping store to grab these goodies today!  Also, don't forget to take a peek on the Inspired By Stamping blog for more inspiration using these products!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all!

  5. Well well Mynn,
What a wonderful project. That tine looks like the antique cupboard paint at the cottage and the seed packs is just so sweet. You have made those stamp sets sing a new song, great art as usual. Thank you for posting this wonderful art at WAW. Hoping to see you again really soon.
    Blessings, Carole
