CASE-ing Christmas: Silver Joy


Hi, all!  It's time for another weekly challenge at CASE-ing Christmas, and this week we're CASEing DT member Pat!  I LOVE her original card.  Take a peek at it...


I was inspired by the fun purple color, the glitter paper, and the layout.  Those were my inspirations for my take...


Instead of purple and blue, I went for one of my favorite color combos--purple and green!  The sentiment is from Stampendous and was embossed in silver embossing powder. It was layered onto some cut circle pieces, one made from green glitter paper from CutCardStock, and accented with liquid pearls


I added a bow to the top and some more green glitter paper as a border to the bottom of the panel.  More liquid pearls accent the bottom border.



I just LOVE how elegant looking this card is!  I adore the texture from the embossing and glitter paper--and I love that I got to use one of my favorite color schemes!  What do you think?  I'd love for you to leave me a comment below to let me know!

    WOW, Mynn, this is simply STUNNING!!!! It is soooo beautiful!!! Love the green and purple - looks fantastic and the glitter paper is fabulous!!! Your dry embossing is lovely and I love that beautiful ribbon!!! The liquid pearls round this off to be a stunner!!!! Love it, Mynn!!!! This is surely a fave from you, for me!!!!
