Cupcake Inspirations + Paper Sweeties: 300th Challenge Celebration!




Hi, friends!  I'm here today to share a card I made using fabulous products from Paper Sweeties!  The Paper Sweeties DT is joining in the fun with Cupcake Inspirations in celebration of their 300th challenge!  There will be 3 fabulous inspirations over the next few days and I hope you join in the fun for a chance to win some Paper Sweeties goodies!  Take a peek at my card for today's challenge...


I started by stamping the fun cupcake from the Sending Sweet Thoughts stamp set.  I then die cut it with the Sending Sweet Thoughts Sweet cuts, paper pieced the wrapper, and added the darling flower border from the same set and die cut with the same Sweet Cuts.  Some glitter gel pens were used to color the border in as well as Stickles being employed for the flower petals and cupcake "frosting".  This was layered onto some punches.


I stamped the sentiment from the Sending Sweet Thoughts set onto the patterned paper card base.  I used glitter gel pen to highlight the heart in the sentiment.  


All that was left was to layer everything together!  I think it turned out totally SWEET, what do you think?  I'd love for you to tell me by leaving a comment below! :)
