Hi, friends! I'm back with another card for this month's challenge at House of Cards--bokeh! If you've never tried this, you totally should! I LOVE it. This card was my second try at this technique and I am IN LOVE with the way it turned out! Come and take a peek...
I chose to go with a sponged background this time, and I spritzed it with Glimmer Mist to add shine, too. I like the intensity of the colors this time around! My sponging was done on Powdered Sugar cardstock from The Stamps of Life.
I used a sentiment from the upliftingwords2hear stamp set again. I used some Licorice cardstock and a bit of patterned paper from the Celebrate Collection Patterned Paper Pad as banner accents, then added a button and some enamel dots to finish the focal panel.
The focal panel was then added to a Gingersnap cardstock card base. I super LOVE LOVE LOVE this fun card! I think this one is destined for my hubby...because he is all kinds of awesome! What do you think? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
Thanks so much for stopping by today, friends! I hope you come and join us at House of Cards this month, and stay tuned because I'll be back later this month with one last card that I made using this fun technique! Until then, HUGS and happy stamping! :)
