Hi, all! I'm back today to share a card using some beautiful stamps from the Red Rubber Designs store! I used the Smackin' Acetate technique to create the beautiful sunset sky for image. Come and take a peek...
As I stated above, I created a sunset sky using the Smackin' Acetate technique, then I stamped the image from the Peace Be Still stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I added more color with some Faber Castell Big Brush pens. I added a rhinestone daisy for a bit more shine and interest.
The card base was prepped with a punched border, a strip of patterned paper, and some velvet ribbon. The sentiment, also from the Peace Be Still stamp set, was stamped using the same Memento Tuxedo Black ink and was added directly to the card base.
I really love the way this turned out! I think the colors are perfect for an end of summer creation, don't you? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
