Inspired By Stamping: Winter Friends


Hi, friends!  It is time for another release for the Inspired By Stamping store, and Joanna has some GORGEOUS sets for you this time around!  Today we are featuring the Winter Friends set.  I wanted to show off how versatile this set is, so I chose to make a SPRING themed easel card! ;)  Take a peek...


I started by creating my meadow scene.  I stamped the "forest" image from the Winter Friends set onto cardstock, then water colored the image and sky.  I added some fussy cut "hills" out of different green patterned papers.


I stamped the animal images onto cardstock, then added different Glaze gel pens to add texture and shine.  They were fussy cut out and added to the card with dimensional foam.  A few flower shaped sequins were added, too.


I added the sentiment to the inside and used it as my easel anchor.  This sentiment is one of my favorites, and it's from the Sun-Ripened Grapes set.  LOVE this font--and it just seemed perfect with my little scene! :)


I am over the moon with how well this turned out!  I adore these amazing images--they are totally darling!  I hope you enjoy this card, too!  Please let me know what you think in the comments below! :)
