Craft Rocket Challenges: Pearls/Gems


Hi, friends!  I am excited to be a Guest Designer over at the *NEW* Craft Rocket Challenge!  Our challenge this time is to use pearls and/or gems!  I decided to use pearls and go Christmas with my creation.  Take a peek...


This darling image is H247 Decorating Snowman from Great Impressions.  I jazzed it up with some Glaze gel pen and colored glitter gel pens by Sakura, some pearls from Want2Scrap, and some Diamond Stickles by Ranger.  The shine is SO pretty...and quite difficult to photograph. ;)



I added some layered snowflake punches with pearl centers, along with a blue bow.  This gorgeous seam binding ribbon is from the Blue Ribbons Collection from Inspired By Stamping.  It's SO easy to work with!


On the inside, I added more of the patterned paper I used on the outside, by Doodlebug, and a sentiment, E512 Have Yourself, from Great Impressions.  I added some punched border and liquid pearls in Silver Pearl by Ranger to keep with the pearl theme. :)


I am SO loving this darling card!  I adore this image and the fun sentiment, too!  I hope you agree with me--I would LOVE to hear your thoughts on my card in the comments below!
