And now, here it is~
And details~
And the inside~
Oh. My. Word. It took me quite a while, but it is so ridiculously fabulous and I don't even mind!!! This is my first attempt at ribbon pleating--it came out pretty good!!! I heat embossed the flower outlines, colored them in, sponged the panel, and THEN dry embossed it. I almost added glitter and rhinestones, but then I realized that pearls would be more soft and subtle...and that's what I was going for!!! What do you think?! Don't tell me if you hate it... ;D
BTW~If I get 100 followers by January 1, 2012, I am giving away a bunch of blog candy!!! Please follow me and join in the fun! :)
Well, that's all for now! :) Happy stamping!!! Feel free to join in the blog hop~

ReplyDeleteThis is a very beautiful card, so classy & elegant too. Adding the earls to the flowers was an excellent idea.

ReplyDeleteYour card turned out so lovely! and the pearls were definitely the right choice vs. glitter and rhinestones. I always say the problem with jumping the shark is that you usually dont know you have done it until you are airborne! I have to toss so many cards because I never know when a little more glitter is too much! I so love my glitter. Thank you for sharing your beautiful card! (its my favorite this week!)
