Well hello there, friends! Guess what?! It's time for another monthly challenge at House of Cards! This month, we're focusing on anything that you create...using enamel dots as an embellishment!
I adore enamel dots. I know that it's probably a "fad", but I think this is one that I'll keep using even if it stops being popular! I own SO MANY enamel dots and shapes that I went a little bit crazy on my card for this month...take a peek...
I started this card by stamping a bunch of circles from the Be Happy stamp set from Paper Sweeties. I used a variety of colors--Memento Tuxedo Black, Smoky Slate, Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, and Summer Sun. I then placed a bunch of enamel dots over the stamped circles. The green dots are by Teresa Collins and the other colors are from My Mind's Eye.
I then stamped a sentiment from the Hello Friend stamp set in Lucky Limeade ink and punched it out. I added a couple more My Mind's Eye enamel dots and popped it up onto the card with dimensional foam.
I LOVE the way this turned out! I had a scary moment where I thought I had gone overboard with the stamped circles, but I fixed it. Whew! Crisis averted! ;) What are you thinking? Do you like the way this turned out? Please leave me a comment to let me know!

Mynn I love all the enamel dots and the color on your card and fit so great with that circle stamp..I have only maybe 10 enamel dots now because I was order it ...I did never use it before and now I think I want to buy it more or I will follow Lillian who show us the technique...thanks for all you managed Mynn..love you

Oh, what a super fun and cute card, Mynn!!!! Those enamel dots are so pretty!!!! (Oh, I love enamel dots, but they are not available in George and when we went to Cape Town during the Dec holidays I could not believe how much it costs over there!!! Unbelieveably expensive - had to accept that I'll have to make cards without them!!! :( )

i love how this turned out mynn! the circles are fabulous in their bright colours and overlapping pattern and the enamel dots are such a shiny and bright embellishment.
