Make My Monday: Masculine Wheels

 

Before I get started, I'd like to invite each of you to come and join me the first Tuesday of each month here at On a Stampage for a technique tutorial and link party!  I'm calling it...TECHNIQUE TUESDAY!  Original, huh?! ;D

I've wanted to start something like this for a while, and now seems as good a time as any!  This monthly tutorial link up will begin tomorrow--so please come back to my little piece of blog land and participate--I LOVE seeing how others use techniques I love! :)

Now, back to the task at hand! :)

Hello, friends!  Nice of you to drop by today! :) It's a BRAND NEW month, and that means a brand new theme over at Make My Monday!!!  This month, our focus is MASCULINE.  Each weekly project will be something for a man in your life! :)  This week, we'd like to see masculine cards with wheels!

I have such a hard time making masculine cards, but I was able to use some images from Pink Paislee that I hadn't used yet! :)  I used heat embossing in white for my bike image before I dry embossed the gray.

Or is it grey?  I type it both ways...but I digress!

Oh, have you noticed I've been working on that?!  But I digress AGAIN.

I added a bunch of metal findings, as rhinestones just aren't masculine, ya know?!  For "color", I added the bright blue and orange with just a hint of green.  Very manly. ;)
