MHKDesigns: October Challenge

Hi, friends! Can you believe it's already October?! I'm here to share some cards I made using the inspiration from this month's challenge at MHKDesigns! Take a peek at the inspiration...

This scene immediately made me think of the Sit a Bit set and a *NEW* set being released this month called Tick Tock! Check out my card...

I used brushes in Photoshop to create my focal panel for this card. I wanted the colors to POP, so I used a lot of black and then added the chair (from the Sit a Bit set) in white to mimic the wicker chair in the photo. The clock is from the Tick Tock set--a new release from this month!

Some clear sequins, faux stitching, and paper from the World Traveler digital paper pack finished off this creation. I think it turned out really well! What about you? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
