Here's my card~
Details~
Nothing says childhood to me like Halloween! And when I saw this darling image I knew I had to use it! I started by saturating the picture with pearl glimmer mist. And yes, I mean SATURATING. I sprayed it about 20 times. I used a heat gun to dry it, cut it into different sized "tiles" and then sponged around each piece to create a faux tile look. I then glued the pieces back together on a piece of brown cardstock and added some ribbon. I then placed some rhinestones on the image randomly for some glam and added it to my card. I realized I didn't have a sentiment, and so I added the sentiment at the very end...with MUCH trepidation! But it worked!
I hope you like it! It was so much fun to make this card--and I LOVE the way it turned out! Thanks for stopping by--don't forget the other MMM DT gals! Say hi and see their amazing creations today! And don't forget to play along, too! Happy stamping! :)

A gorgeous creation Mynnette and just love the way you've pieced the design in blocks - it's very effective.
Hugs, Fliss xx
PS: Don't overdo it at work!
I love the tiled effect on this Mynnette and all the random bling ! - Jacqueline xx
This is brilliant - very innovative, and I rrally like the way it gives glimpses of what is there using the tiled effect.

Absolutely fabulous Mynette...love the tile effect. It's not much fun working full-time is it? I always meant to craft when I get home from work but then after housework am always exhausted ....wishes, Suzanne x
Your designs are always so strong Mynnette - I love this one with its tile effect. I hope you enjoy working full time again and that you still get plenty of crafting time. Vicky x
What a sweet vintage scene! Love the way you've used the blocks for this card, neat idea!
