The First One....

Yes.  I have been very busy avoiding any housework that needs to be done today!  What have I been doing, you ask?  Well, I have made 5 easel cards!  I made my first one yesterday and I like to practice a lot so that I can perfect something.  I will show you all 5 over the next few posts, but I'll only show you one of them in this post as I took lot's of pictures...and all the other ones are patriotic! ;)

Here's the first one~

Details~

For these fabulous challenges~

Yes.  Lots of photos!  I chose Pear Pizzaz to go along with my crumb cake this week!  I was thinking some sort of purple, but it just wasn't working with any stamp images, and then I saw this bird stamp from SU! that I've had for quite a while and haven't used and the rest is history!  What do you think?  I rather like it!

Thanks so much for stopping by today--I hope  you come and play along with these amazing challenges!  Happy stamping friends!!! :)

Pear Pizazz and Crumb cake is a gorgeous combination and you've certainly got my attention because you made an easel card :) What a wonderful combination of challenges. I especially love the double ribbon treatment. Thanks for joining us at Dynamic Duos.

I love it Mynnette! I haven't made an easel card for a while as I tend to prefer a simple fold but this gorgeous card is making me want to get crafting! I love the colours and the pretty image. Vicky x
