Hippo Bird-day!

Hi, all!  I'm back today with a fun CAS birthday card that uses some of the *NEWEST* stamps from The Stamps of Life!  I think it turned out super cute, and I hope you'll agree!  Take a peek...

This card uses the *NEW* hippo2stamp set.  I think the images in this set are TOTALLY darling!  I stamped the hippo and bird directly onto the card base, using tone on tone, and then added a few rhinestones for some sparkle and shine.

The sentiment was stamped, then added on top of some layered papers from the Love Story Collection Patterned Paper Pad.  I think this color combo is super fun, and the fact that it's so versatile makes this paper pad a fabulous deal!

The last step was to add some ribbon up top!  I think this is super fun, and I hope you agree!  I would LOVE to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Paper Sweeties June Release Countdown!

Hello, SWEETIES!  It's Day Two of the June 2015 Paper Sweeties release, and today I've got a fun CAS card featuring some bold, bright colors on top of kraft card--SQUEE!  Take a peek...

I stamped the sentiment from the *NEW* At The Beach stamp set onto some kraft card using some neon pink ink, then added a border of starfish from the same set in black. I decided to add more color with GORGEOUS sequins from the Paper Sweeties online store.  The colors I used are Cookie Dough, Marshmallow, Bubblegum, Green Apple, Robin Egg, and Creamsicle.  YUMMY!

I  then added a scallop border to the sentiment panel and popped it onto a kraft and hot pink glittered paper card base.  SO quick and easy, and super fun!  What do you think of the *NEW* At The Beach stamp set and my card?!  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Great Impressions: CAS Tulips

I just love this beautifully simple stamp!  The possible uses are endless--next I'm going to use this image to do some shadow stamping!  And think of the color combo options!  LOVE IT! :)
