Great Impressions/CutCardStock Ladies' Night Blog Hop!

Oh, yes, it's Ladies' Night--oh what a night! ;)  The Great Impression team is hopping this month with the CutCardStock team to share creations using products from both the Great Impressions and CutCardStock online stores...with a feminine theme!

You should have arrived here from the CutCardStock blog.  If not, start at the Great Impressions blog to make sure you see all the links and fabulous inspiration!  Take a peek at what I created...

I chose to make a box card!  The base was made with Curious Metallic Violette cardstock and jazzed up with some Silk Glitter Opulent Opal cardstock.  The image is C414 Cameo.  I stamped it with purple ink onto Classic Crest cardstock before punching it out and matting it with Curious Metallic Lime cardstock.

The sentiment is C452 You're Fabulous.  It was also stamped in purple onto Classic Crest cardstock and then matted onto Curious Metallic Lime cardstock.  Some ribbon was added as an anchor.

The sides and inside were glammed up with flowers made from Curious Metallic White Gold and Curious Metallic Lime cardstocks.  The butterflies are made with more Curious Metallic Violette cardstock and Silk Glitter Opulent Opal cardstock.  The leaves are all punched from Curious Metallic Botanic cardstock.  I LOVE the beautiful shine this creation has--it's amazing in real life!

I decided to go with pearls as my accents.  I LOVE pearls, and I really think they are perfect for a feminine theme!  Plus, they go with everything, right?!  I really think this creation turned out beautifully, and hope you agree!  I can't wait to hear what you think in the comments below!

Your next stop on the hop is Annie's blog!  That's all for me today, friends.  THANK YOU so much for stopping by to take a peek at my card!  I also would love for you to come and join our monthly challenge!  If you use a stamp from the Great Impressions online store, please link it up in our Customer Gallery, too!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

CutCardStock: Punched Pumpkin + Faux Patina

Hi, all!  I'm back with  my final project for the CutCardStock blog.  It's been a wonderful company to work with--many thanks to Amber, the DT coordinator, and Cindy, the owner, for everything! :)  Today, I'm sharing a fun card using a Faux Patina panel and a punched pumpkin, AKA a Punchkin.  Take a peek...

I used Classic Crest Solar White, Curious Metallic Cognac, Curious Metallic Mandarin, and Muscletone Kraft cardstocks for my card.  These papers are gorgeous and such a high quality!  The shine is absolutely STUNNING in real life.

I went with an autumnal color scheme because I am SO ready for fall. ;)  I think this turned out beautifully.  I hope you do, too!  I can't wait to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  I invite you to visit the CutCardStock blog for a full tutorial on how to make this card.  One last THANK YOU to Amber and Cindy, as well!  I will be back soon with more crafty endeavors, friends!   HUGS and happy stamping to you all! :)

CutCardStock: Golden Christmas

Hi, friends!  I'm here today with another "Christmas In July" inspired card using papers from the CutCardStock online store.  Come and take a peek!

I used Muscletone Kraft cardstock, Stardream Metallic Antique Gold paper, and Caramel Glitter paper for this card.  The image was stamped onto the kraft and heat embossed in gold.  Some red glass dots were added for a POP of color.

I punched more Stardream Metallic Antique Gold cardstock to create a border, then added a bit more red with ribbon and rhinestones.  The shine is unreal!

After it was all layered together, the hardest thing to do was photograph the brilliance of the card.  It is SO shiny in real life!  These papers totally are the start of the show!  What do you think?  I'd love to hear your opinion in the comments below!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  I hope you take the chance to go and grab these fabulous papers from the CutCardStock online store and create something beautiful today.  I'll be back later with more inspiration using these fabulous products!  Until then, HUGS and happy paper crafting!
