Details~

I decided to create a scalloped circle easel card since it's been a little while since I created one.  I die cut the Meljen's image and then colored it in, layered it, added a bit of bling, decorated the inside, and voila!

I decided to keep it CAS and use minimal color with lots of white space.  I also wanted some shimmer and shine, so I used a clear glitter gel pen to color in the white spaces of my image and just a bit of bling!

CSAYL: Photo Inspiration with Bugaboo

I used patterned paper to mimic the different colored layers of the cake and used the same colors to color in the darling image from Bugaboo!  I highlighted the image with clear glitter gel pen and then added some rhinestones for some extra sparkle!

Welcome to another week of Christmas Stampin' All Year Long!  Sorry that I missed out on last week's challenge--it's been a simply insane month!!!  BUT, I am back this week and we are looking for holiday projects that feature stitching!!!

I decided to not add a sentiment in order to give the beautiful image the attention it deserves!  Using glitter gel pen also highlight's it's beauty!  I used the red glitter gel pen to create my faux stitching...I think it turned out rather well!!!

Well, we've got a really interesting challenge for you this week at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long!  We're asking you to CASE the first holiday card you posted on your blog!  Well, that was a little hard for me because the first holiday post I wrote (found here) showed projects that we made at a Christmas in July workshop that I held!  So, I had to choose just one card to CASE out of the group.  I'll show you the card I chose first...

I decided to use the same large medallion stamp but then switch up the direction of the layout and use some brighter colors!  I LOVE the way it turned out and we will be making the "new" card at my November card workshop!!!

CSAYL: Anything BUT a Card

Well, we've got one last challenge for August over at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long!  This week we want to see ANYTHING BUT A CARD!!!

Details~

I make these coaster clips quite a bit.  My mom always has one that I've made her on her fridge and they come in handy so frequently!  It's just 2 coasters, decorated, and then clothespins in between!  Add some magnets to the back and you have a quick and darling way to hold some papers!
