Inspired By Stamping: Wishing You

Hi, friends!  It's time for another release for Inspired By Stamping, and we have some GORGEOUS stamps to share with you in the next few days!  Today we're sharing creations made with the *NEW* Wishing You stamp set.  My card is also giving a sneak peek at the *NEW* Cherry Blossoms set, too!  Take a peek at my creation...

I dry embossed some lines down my card, then masked them off and stamped some flowers from the *NEW* Cherry Blossoms set, along with some images from the Polka Dots set.  I added a few rhinestones for a bit more texture.

I then heat embossed the sentiment from the *NEW* Wishing You set in white on gray cardstock.  I LOVE the fun font and the different sentiment mash ups you can create with this beautiful set!  It's a MUST HAVE for any collection!

The finished creation is a fun, bold, and bright CAS card that could be sent to just about anyone at any time!  I am really pleased with it, and hope you enjoy it, too!  I'd love for you to let me know your thoughts in the comments below! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by, friends!  I'll be back tomorrow with another creation using *NEW* stamps from Inspired By Stamping!  For more inspiration, make sure to head over to Joanna's blog for a list of those who are sharing their creations today, too!  Until tomorrow, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Paper Sweeties July Release Sneak Peeks!

Hey, all!  It's time for another monthly release for the Paper Sweeties online store!  This month, we've got some DARLING sets and dies that are going to NEED to be in your stash!  Today, I'm sharing a fun and happy card using some of these *NEW* products!  Take a peek...

This cut little bee is from the *NEW* Bee Happy stamp set.  I did some scoring and masking before repeatedly stamping the image onto my white panel.  I then stamped three bees onto some yellow card and then die cut them using the *NEW* Bee Happy Sweet Cuts dies.

The sentiment, also from the *NEW* Bee Happy stamp set, was stamped onto a strip of yellow paper then added to my stamped panel.  I decided to not add any new colors--the black, yellow, and white are perfect for a bee themed card! :)

The last step was to add a little shine with some Marshmallow sequins.  I LOVE the fun texture these bring to all of my creations!  The flower shape seemed appropriate for a bee themed card, too!

I just LOVE the way this CAS creation turned out!  I love the ease of creating with the Paper Sweeties stamps and dies--always a quick, yet fabulous, creation when you used them!  What do you think of my card today?  I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, friends!  I hope you like my creation--and don't forget to check out the added inspiration from the other gals on this very talented team!

Here's the list~

These new products will be available to purchase on the 15th!

CASE-ing Christmas: Sponged Snowflakes

Hello, all!  It's time for another weekly challenge at CASE-ing Christmas!  This week, we are CASEing DT member Donna, and her card is just brilliant!  Come and look...

I absolutely LOVED the fun masking and sponging Donna created, as well as the snowflake theme, so that was what I chose to focus on for my CASE.  Take a gander at what I came up with...

The sentiment is from Hero Arts.  I accented it with a few small snowflakes from Waltzingmouse Stamps and added some liquid pearls for accents.  I also added some dry embossed lines for a bit more texture.

I chose some cool tones in non-traditional colors for the sponging and snowflakes.  More liquid pearls accent each individual snowflake.

I love this card, and I do believe it will mail well!  Nothing too lumpy, and nothing heavy.  What do you think?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Thank you so much for stopping by, friends!  I hope you come and join us at CASE-ing Christmas this week--I can't wait to see what you create using the CASE card as your guide!  HUGS and MERRY stamping, friends! :)

Inspired By Stamping: Sunset Beach

Hello, friends!  I'm back today with a card using some of the newest stamps from the Inspired By Stamping online store!  If you haven't grabbed this latest release, YOU NEED TO GO GRAB IT!  Joanna has totally outdone herself this time, and all the sets coordinate beautifully!  Take a peek at the card I have for you today...

To create this fabulous scene, I used stamps from the new Seaside stamp set and ink.  I stamped the chairs first thing, then masked them before sponging.  I also spritzed the sponged background, which resulted in a small bit of bleeding...oh, well!  The grass silhouettes were added after the sponging and spritzing was done.

I then added a sentiment from the new Watercolor Sentiments stamp set and a few birds from the Seaside stamp set.  Some metal bits added just a bit more shine to the scene.

After finishing my scene, I matted it with black card, then added it to a kraft card base that had been prepped with a black mat and patterned paper.  I really love the way this turned out!  What do you think?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

That's all for me right now!  Thank you so much for stopping by!  Make sure to go and grab all these fabulous new products from Inspired By Stamping online store, and I'll be back soon with more crafty goodness!  Until then, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Great Impressions: The Cows

Hi, friends, and happy Monday!  I've switched days for my weekly posts using amazing products from the Great Impressions store, and Mondays it is!  Today I have a fun card using one of our newest images...take a peek!

Aren't those cows a HOOT?!  And the sentiments crack me up!  The image is G516 Three Cute Cows and the sentiments are G515 Thank You Bubbles.  These two stamps were literally made for each other!

After stamping these two things, I masked them so I could sponge the scene around them.  I added some glitter gel pen coloring to the image for some color.  Then I added a few flowers and a crocheted butterfly to finish the scene.

That's all for me today!  I'll be back next week with another creation using stamps from the Great Impressions store!  Hop on over to the blog to join in our monthly challenge.  HUGS and happy stamping to you all! :)
