CutCardStock: Bride & Groom Envelopes

Hello my super wonderful blogging peeps!  It's my day over at the CutCardStock blog and today I am sharing a project using beautiful products from the CutCardStock online store.  I've created a set of bride and groom envelopes for a very special reason.  My little sister is getting married in May, and I thought it would be fun to make these envelopes and then have each of them write a letter the night before the wedding and gift it to each other after the wedding.  There are so many other things they could be used for, too!  Take a peek at them side by side...

For the groom envelope, I used a Curious Metallic A7 Envelope in Ionised.  I layered some pieces of Ice Silver Curious Mettalic paper and adhered each layer with 3D Double Sided Foam Tab Adhesive.  The buttons were punched and the bow tie cut out of more Ionised Curious Metallic paper.

The bride envelope was created from a Classic Linen A7 Envelope in White Pearl.  The dress was cut from Ice Gold Curious Metallic paper and the bottom half was embossed.  Some pink ribbon, pearls, and flowers, finished off the dress.  I just free handed the dress--that was a fun process! ;)  The dress was added with the same 3D Double Sided Foam Tab Adhesive.

For a full tutorial on how I created these envelopes, hop over to the CutCardStock blog today!  Don't forget to grab these products from the CutCardStock online store, too!  All A7 envelopes are on sale right now--it's a steal of a deal!

Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by today!  I will be back later with more crafty ideas for you all.  Until then, HUGS and happy crafting, friends! :)

Hi, my friend!!!! Oh, boy, such a long time that I've been absent from Blogland, but I was so busy with all sorts of other project, that I just not had time to spent at the computer, too!!!!! I have spent a lot of time with you now and so enjoyed all the beautiful cards you posted since I visited last!!!!! Unfortunately I can't comment on every one individually as I would be sitting here for days to get to everyone, but I have admired all of them and enjoyed every little detail you paid attention to!!! You have such a lovely unique style and I love your work!!! Your cards are always so beautifully colourful!!! I will be visiting and commenting regularly again, now and hopefully during the coming week I will have a post up showing what I've been busy with the last three weeks!!!!
Have a wonderful weekend and have fun being creative!!!
Hugz and see you again soon!!!
