Happy Birthday, Jenny!

Hi, friends, and happy Sunday!  I hope you are all enjoying a restful Sabbath!  Today I've got a very special reason to be posting--it's Jenny's birthday!!!  Jenny is the DT coordinator over at Great Impressions and she does SO MUCH to help us out, so I've created her a card especially for this occassion!

I just LOVE snowflake images.  I have always been fascinated by them my whole life.  I love how there are never 2 of the same snowflake ever.  But that's not really the point of this post. ;)  The point IS to show you a card I made that has a snowflake THEME.

Faux Silk: Remix

I've tried the Faux Silk technique a time or two, but never the way I've used it on the card I've got to share in this post!  The tutorial on it over at Inspired By Stamping is really good and this is a quick and easy way to create a faux silk background!
