TTT: Faux Frame

I've used patterned paper by Recollections, glitter paper by DCWV, liquid pearls by Ranger, and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.

Sigh...I absolutely LOVE this card Mynnette. This is my favorite from you ever my friend. And you've had many LOL!! The colors here, the polka dots (of course!), the fancy corners and those sweet flowers. SWOON ~ LOVE THIS!!!
