CASE-ing Christmas: Silver Peace

Hi, all!  It's time for another weekly challenge at CASE-ing Christmas, and this week we're CASEing...me! ;)  Take a peek at the original card...

And here's my take 2!  Can you see the similarities?!  I hope so, or else I'm not true to my own style! ;)

I started by stamping the ornament and heat embossing it with silver embossing powder.  I fussy cut it out and then added it to the card base.  The base was prepped with a silver embossed sentiment and washi tape.  The sequins, from Paper Sweeties, were added after the image.

I went with cool colors this time instead of traditional Christmas colors, and I really like it!  It looks all modern. ;)  What do you think?  I'd love for you to let me know in the comments below!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  I hope you like my creation and that you come and join us this week at CASE-ing Christmas!  Do stop by and leave some love with the other gals on this fabulous DT, too!  Their creations are always amazing! Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping to you all! :)
