Inspired By Stamping: Easter Lily

Hi, friends!  Are you ready for a look at another NEW stamp set from Inspired By Stamping?  This release is just absolutely AMAZING, I know you're loving it as much as I am!  Today we are featuring the new Easter Lily stamp set...come check out my creation...

I have had this notebook in my stash for ages, and after I paper pieced the lily image from the Easter Lily set, I knew it would be a match made in heaven!  This sentiment is also in the Easter Lily set, along with other Easter greetings.

I used some of the seam binding ribbons from the Vintage Floral Collection to jazz up the side of the notebook.  These seam binding ribbons from Inspired By Stamping are glorious!  There are so many colors to choose, why not grab one of each?

I went a step further and used both images from the Easter Lily stamp set to decorate the pages of the notebook inside.  I just love coordinating things, so it was the perfect fit!

What creations would you make using the Easter Lily stamp set?  And what do you think about my creation?  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

Welcome back, dear friends and loyal readers!  Thanks for stopping by again today!  I've got another card that showcases some of the NEWEST products from Inspired By Stamping for you again today.  This one features the NEW Honey Bee set!  Take a gander...

The images in the Honey Bee set are absolutely gorgeous!  I decided to use this one with one of the punny sentiments included, and paper piecing seemed to be the natural way to dress it all up!  There are a bunch of these fabulous sentiments along with this image and more--this set is amazing!

So, what do you think of my paper piecing?  I think it looks super fun!  I actually heat embossed the cover of the jar and the flower centers were colored in with a pencil eraser and ink. ;)  Gotta love the versatility of office supplies, right?!  I would love to hear your thoughts about this creation in the comments below!

Great Impressions: Easter Bunnies

Hi, friends!  It's time for me to share another creation using fabulous stamps from the Great Impressions online store! Today I have a CAS Easter card. I hope you like it!  Come and see...

I started by stamping the image, G264 Bunnies Taking a Peek, onto white card.  I colored it in with Spectrum Noir markers in bold colors.

I then stamped part of D494 TuTu You underneath the image.  I added a few pink enamel dots to give some added color.

This panel was then added to a yellow card base.  I added some pink velvet trim to the bottom, too.  I LOVE the fun CAS feel of this card!  What do you think?  Please do let me know in a comment below!

I'm entering this card into these fabulous challenges~

That's all for me today!  I'll be back next Monday with another creation using stamps from the Great Impressions store.  I hope you join in our current challenge, and, if you use Great Impressions stamps, link them up in our Customer Gallery, too!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all!

Inspired By Stamping: Butterflies

Hello, friends!  I am SUPER excited to share with you TONS of creations for this month's release at Inspired By Stamping!  Today we are featuring our NEW Butterflies stamp set!  Come and look at the card I made...

This card was SO hard to photograph!  All the images and the sentiment are embossed with gold, and the patterned paper the butterflies are on also has gold dots.  The shine is fabulous in real life, but I had a hard time translating that with my photography!  These images are just 2 of the butterflies you get in the NEW Butterflies set.  There are also some beautiful butterfly quotes in the set as well!

The sentiment down the side is from another NEW set--it's called Friends and is FREE with every $50 purchase!  I love these builder sets that Joanna comes out with--they are SO versatile and also work well together.  PLUS, they are really affordable, so they are MUST HAVES for each stamp collection! :)

So, speaking of the gold embossing--does anyone have a great way to photograph metallic embossing?  It is always so hit and miss with me, I'd love to hear your tips and what you think about my card in the comments below!

That is all for me today!  Hop over to the Inspired By Stamping blog to see more fabulous inspiration using the Butterflies set, along with the Butterflies cut file, and stay tuned for more throughout the week!  THANK YOU so much for stopping by today--you really brighten my world!  HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)

Inspired By Stamping: Easter Bunny

Hi, all!  I am so excited to share this card with you today!  I decided to go Easter with this card and I've used a super fun set from the Inspired By Stamping store.  Come and see!

I started with the card base on this one.  I added some patterned paper, a punches border, some twill ribbon tied in a knot, and liquid pearls.  I chose colors that reminded me of spring!

Next, I stamped some eggs and the bunny from the Easter stamp set and cut them out.  The Easter cut file would make this step way faster!  I added some liquid pearls to the green egg to add more texture.  I then layered these elements onto the card base and added some flower sequins to accent this vignette.

Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from the Easter stamp set onto white cardstock.  I punched one side to create a banner and then added it to the card.  I like that the white cardstock kind of POPS off of the pastel colors!

That was pretty much it!  I think these pastel colors really scream Easter and I adore these fun images and the punny sentiment!  What do you think?  I'd love for you to leave me a comment and let me know!

That's all for me today!  Thank you so much for stopping by!  Go grab these fabulous sets from the store, won't you?  I hope you take some time to create today and, if you've got the time, to come and join our newest monthly challenge on the Inspired By Stamping blog!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all!

Hello, all!  I decided to end my spring break by creating for a few of my favorite challenges!  I was starting to miss doing CAS design, so that's the way I went this time.  This card uses fun products from The Stamps of Life that I think you'll love!  Come and take a peek...

I started by stamping the scribble circles from the scribbles2stamp set in Grape, Guava, and Tangerine inks.  I die cut two flowers out of vellum and Guava cardstock using the Sizzix Flower Layers & Leaf dies, then layered them and added them to the card.  An orange enamel dot from Teresa Collins' newest embellishments was added as a center.

I then stamped the sentiment, from the happycalligraphy2stamp set in Licorice ink.  A few more orange enamel dots were added to tie it all together.  I then layered the finished panel onto more Guava card to create a mat.

Lastly, I rounded the top right corner and then popped my matted panel onto the card base with foam adhesive.  I am SO excited with how this turned out!  What do you think?  I'd love to hear in the comments below! :)

I was inspired by these fabulous challenges~

That's all for me right now!  I will be back soon with more crafty goodness.  Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by--your kind comments and visits make my day!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all! :)

The Stamps of Life: Side Step Candle Birthday

Hello, friends!  Welcome to my blog--I am SUPER excited that you are here today!  I've got a fun, bold, and brightly colored birthday card--AND IT'S A SIDE STEP!  This is a NEW release die from The Stamps of Life and it is SO perfect for those special birthdays you need to celebrate!  Come and take a peek...

I started by die cutting the base from the NEW Happy Birthday Step-Ups base die.  I then took some Kiwi cardstock and cut out some layering pieces using the same Happy Birthday Step-Ups die pack.

I layered the tow main panel Kiwi pieces with some papers from the Love Story Collection Paper Pad.  This paper pad is SO versatile--I LOVE it!  I stamped a sentiment from the candles4birthday stamp set onto the smallest piece of patterned paper and heat embossed it with some white powder so it would POP off of the pattern.

I used the Candle Club Die Set to die cut and layer some fun candles for the main panel.  I used the same Kiwi cardstock, Love Story Colleciton Paper Pad, and some gold glitter paper for the inside flames.

All that was left was to add a bunch of fun colored enamel dots to the card!  I absolutely adore the way this turned out--so bold, bright, and fun!  What do you think of it?  I'd love for you to leave me a comment letting me know!

That's all for me today!  THANK YOU so much for stopping by--I love when you do!  I hope that you are inspired to craft and create today and that you hop over to The Stamps of Life and grab all these fun goodies--we now have FREE shipping on orders over $100!  Score!  Until next time, HUGS and happy stamping, friends! :)
