52CCT: April Technique Challenge

Are you as obsessed with punches as I am?  Seriously...they are SO versatile and I use them on almost every single card I make!  And I've got tons.  It's a bit scary.  A big old basket, a smaller basket for tiny ones, plus a shelf of them.  And I'm sure that I'll be acquiring more as I go along!  Anyway, to bring this blurb to a point, we've got a fun technique for you this week at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown!

Punch Art~

Here's my card~

Details~

All supplies used on this card are by Stampin' Up! except the liquid pearls by Ranger, the Swiss Dots embossing folder by Sizzix, and the red patterned paper by DCWV.

SU! punches used: Bird Punch (leaves and inner flames), Ornament Punch (yellow flame), Boho Blossoms Punch (yellow flower center), and 5 Petal Flower (red flower sections).

Thanks so much for stopping by to take a peek!  I had SO much fun with this challenge and I really hope you'll stretch yourself and join us!  Don't forget to go and see what the talented DT has done with their punches and leave them some love, too!  Merry stamping! :)

I am totally in awe of your card - I love the candle, and that touch of wax! Brilliant work.

I'm so not good at this type of thing :)

Oh my Mynn this is just FABULOUS! I love how you used all those punches to create such a wonderful card! Yes..I too LOVE punches. In fact I'd probably give up patterned paper before I'd give up my punches (and that's saying a lot!). Hugs D

Hello Mynnette,
Your card is a excellent example and so beautifully designed. The embossed background fits very well! Brilliant how you have used all these punches!
Thank you for your kind comments, I unfortunately had no time in recent weeks.
