52CCT: August Theme Challenge

Welcome to another new challenge at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown!  This week we've got a fun theme!  The theme is MISTLETOE AND WINE.  Since I don't drink alcohol and have no images along those lines, I went with some punched leaves and pearls to create the mistletoe and then I used a deep wine red paper to incorporate that aspect of the theme.

Here's the result~

I've used a sentiment by Inspired By Stamping, twine from Paper Sweeties, pearls from Studio 120, silver glitter paper by DCWV, specialty paper from The Paper Studio, Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and all other supplies are from Stampin' Up!.

Thanks so much for stopping by to take a peek at my creation!  I hope you join in our fun and fabulous challenge this week and that you leave some love with the other gals on this extremely talented DT as well!  HUGS and Merry Stamping! :)

This is beautiful Mynn, the layout really showcases your mistletoe and I love the colours - I used a wine colour as that aspect of the challenge too! The silver sparkle is a lovely festive accent!
Have a great weekend! {{{{hugs}}}} Ruth x

Very clever, crafty lady, to use the deep red as your 'wine'. Beautiful mistletoe, love the pearls and sparkle.

Like your card. I'm always looking for a pretty but simple card for my stamp a stack. This could be one of them. Thanks.
