Great Impressions: Egg-stra Special Challenge!

Hello, friends, and HAPPY EASTER!  I'm here today with an Egg-stra Special post for the new monthly challenge at Great Impressions!  Our theme is to use any image for Easter and/or Spring!  Come and take a peek at my creation...

I used image F518 Easter Basket on my card.  I colored it in with colored pencils.  I like the way they blended!  I then fussy cut the image out to add to my card.

My sentiment, C430 Cursive Happy Easter, was stamped in black onto a piece of white card and then cut to look like a banner.  It was tucked behind the basket image to hide the edge.

My card base was gussied up with some patterned paper from My Mind's Eye and specialty paper from American Craft.  The green specialty paper was cut in a fringe to look like grass, and a few added enamel dots add a splash of color.  What do you think of it?  I'd love to hear in the comments below!

That's all for me today, friends!  I wish you and yours a very blessed Easter.  May you find peace in the knowledge of our Savior's Atonement!  Please hop over to see the other creations the gals on this DT have made for our challenge, and join in if you have time!  HUGS and happy stamping to you all! :)
