Another GOOD LUCK!!!

Hello, all! I have another GOOD LUCK card to show you! My little sister (aged 16) is the lead in the local high school musical--she's Cinderella!!! Her favorite color is green, so this card HAD to be green.

I'm entering my card into the following challenges:
*Fashionable Stamping--For a Child (any age) {Is 16 too old?!}
*Really Reasonable Ribbons Ramblings challenge--Monochromatic green (plus ribbon, of course!)

Here's the card~

Details~

That's all for me tonight as I'm tired and would like to go to bed soon--if you'd like details about the card, email me! :) Happy stamping!!!

Simply Jane Workdesk!!!

***WARNING: PICTURE AND LINK HEAVY***

Okay. I don't know if I've told you lately, but I have the MOST AMAZING HUSBAND EVER!!! I was very sick for Valentine's Day, and so I apologized that we wouldn't be able to celebrate. I apologized for not getting him a gift and only doing his 14 Days of Valentines, and told him to not worry about getting me a gift. Well, he bought me something--it just came late!!!

My DH knows how much I adore the Paper Trey Ink set "Simply Jane." Guess what he got me?! Yep--my new favorite set!!! It's what's on my work desk today!!! I won't show you my whole desk...it's a bit of a disaster zone. BUT, let's take a look at my Valentine's gift!!!

See!!!~

If you want to know what's on others' desks, hop on over to the What's On Your Work Desk? challenge! AND if you want to check out this amazing set and OTHER fabulous sets--hop on over to Paper Trey Ink! :)

Now, what kind of a post would this be if I don't show you what I've made with this fabulous set?! I've made a few cards--but I'll spare you and just share two with you tonight. ;)

The first one if for the JUGS color challenge this week, this week's Mojo Monday sketch challenge, and the Paper Sundaes birthday challenge. It uses my favorite punch technique--shadow boxing. You punch out the shape you want on a panel, pop it up with dimensionals, and punch out an image with the same shape and put it into the slot. It always looks great! I've also been seeing cards around blogger land that use a die cut shape cut out of a one layer card with flowers stamped around the cut shape as a frame--I've wanted to incorporate it into a card, and so I've used this idea on the card as well. :)

The second card is for the Really Reasonable Ribbon brown and pink plus ribbon challenge and the Paper Sundaes birthday challenge again. :) I made the ribbon flowers using a tutorial found here. I don't have a whole lot to say about this one--quick and simple and oh so pretty! :) Oh, the polka dot paper LOOKS black and white, but it's really dark brown and white. :)

Oh my gosh, I am SO in love with this versatile set!!! What do you think of the cards? Tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly! Happy stamping! :)
