MHKDesigns: Digital Paper Fill Card

Hello, friends! It's time for me to share another card using products from the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop! I have another video tutorial on how to create this fun one layer card, so hop over to take a check it out! Here's my creation...

This card uses the Rosy Elements digital stamp set and the French Country digital paper pack. I created the panel in Photoshop (see the tutorial for details) and then printed it out. Some glitter was added to the flower centers and a few enamel dots added for a bit of dimension.

The finishing touch was to round the bottom corners of my card. I love the way this turned out, and I am excited that it will be super easy to mail--with no extra postage! What do you think? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

That's all I have for you today, friends! Thank you so much for stopping by! If you want to learn how to recreate this card yourself, make sure to check out the video tutorial! Also, don't forget to head over to the MHKDesigns blog for more inspiration and join in our *NEW* challenge tomorrow for your chance at winning some digital goodies from the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop! MHKDesigns: Christmas in July!

Hello, friends! This month on the MHKDesigns blog we are celebrating Christmas in July! It's my turn to post, and I've got a fun tag that uses digital stamps from the MHKDesigns Etsy shop. Take a peek...

This tag uses an image from the Deck the Halls digital stamp set. I colored the image with various Sakura gel pens, including a metallic green pen to outline the leaf veins and a red Glaze pen for the berries. I love the shine and texture it adds!

The sentiment, also from the Deck the Halls digital stamp set, was punched out and layered, then some liquid pearls were added around the scallop circle matting. Some ribbon, a button, and some twine decorate the top of the tag. So fun!

I decided to add some eyelets to the holes punched in this tag to keep it from tearing and I also rounded the corners of the bottom of the tag to mirror the scallop matting of the sentiment. I am super happy with how this turned out! What do you think? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

That's all I have for you today, friends! Thank you so much for stopping by! I always love to hear from you, so please do let me know your thoughts in the comments below! Hi, friends! It's time for another release at Paper Sweeties, and we have some super sweet products to share with you this month! Today I have a CAS one layer card to share. Take a peek...

I started by heat embossing the wreath image from the *NEW* Kindness Matters stamp set in gold. MHKDesigns: July 2017 Challenge

Happy July, friends! It's time for a brand new challenge over at the MHKDesigns blog. This month's inspiration has some beautiful summery colors and a lot of nature! If you don't want to follow the inspiration, but you're going to use products from the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop, then it's ANYTHING GOES! But, seriously. This inspiration...

Isn't that so beautiful?! I was inspired by the flowers and bold colors. I went pretty simple, but I love the effect. Take a peek at my finished creation...

This card uses an image and sentiment from the Get Well Flowers digital stamp set. I recolored the rose image to make it yellow, then printed it out on a panel. The sentiment was printed on vellum. I chose to use bright green and red to mat my various panels before adding them to a kraft card base. Some faux stitching and glitter were added for texture and shine.

I added some glitter gel pen to the heart of the sentiment to make it match the red the sentiment was matted onto. I LOVE the way this looks and I hope you agree! I can't wait to read your thoughts in the comments below!

Thanks for stopping by, friends! Come join in the fun on the MHKDesigns blog for your chance to win some digi goodies from the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop! Until next time, HUGS and happy {digital} stamping, friends!
