Yes.  This is NEW.  I've never done this before!  It's the faux chalkboard technique.  At first, I hated this card and didn't want to blog about it.  But now, it's kinda grown on me as it sat looking sad and forgotten on my craft desk the past few days.  SO I guess I'll show it to you. ;)

Here it is~

For these fabulous challenges~

(Faux chalkboard technique)

(NEW technique to me!)

I've used sentiments by Hero Arts and an unknown company to create my faux chalkboard.  The shaped rhinestones are by Studio G and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.

Thanks for stopping by--I hope it hasn't been all terrible for ya! ;)  I hope you come and join in these amazing challenges! Happy stamping! :)

You have taken a CAS layout and given your card some punch with just the right amount of bling. Great job! Thanks for joining us at Artistic Inspirations.

A technique I MUST try - it's been added to the list! Mynnette, you've done a FABULOUS job with the chalkboard look and made a fabulous card!

Just to let you know I had a wonderful time at choir on Tuesday & have decided to leave the first one. I chose the new one as it will be more interesting & will stretch me for sure! Larger group too so when we get going - wow, what a sound! A community choir in your area would be great - I say go for it! Ruth x
