Technique Time Tuesday: Faux Cloisonne

Hi, all!  This month at Technique Time Tuesday, we're asking you to use your favorite past technique!  Last week I focused on Embedded Image, and this week I've got another favorite technique to share with you--FAUX CLOISONNE!  I LOVE the effect this creates and I've used it to make some shiny poppies!

Here's the card~

For these fabulous challenges~

(I chose summer!)

(I'd like to spend more time with friends in the coming year.)

I've used a sentiment from Great Impressions, a doily from my stash, specialty embossed paper by American Craft, ribbon by May Arts, and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I do hope you join us this month and show us your favorite past technique!  HUGS and happy stamping friends!

What a pretty card! I need to make more time for my friends this coming year, too. I think I had coffee with a friend about two times last year. I need to start making a list of these great ideas!

Thanks for playing along with my Flourishes challenge!
