Hello again!  Can you believe that April has 5 Mondays?  Well, it does!  That means an extra dose of fabulous challenge-ness (is that a thing?!) from Make My Monday!!!  This week we'd like to see ANYTHING BUT A CARD!!!  And I've gone holiday with my project!

52CCT: April Technique Challenge

Are you as obsessed with punches as I am?  Seriously...they are SO versatile and I use them on almost every single card I make!  And I've got tons.  It's a bit scary.  A big old basket, a smaller basket for tiny ones, plus a shelf of them.  And I'm sure that I'll be acquiring more as I go along!  Anyway, to bring this blurb to a point, we've got a fun technique for you this week at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown!

All supplies used on this card are by Stampin' Up! except the liquid pearls by Ranger, the Swiss Dots embossing folder by Sizzix, and the red patterned paper by DCWV. 

SU! punches used: Bird Punch (leaves and inner flames), Ornament Punch (yellow flame), Boho Blossoms Punch (yellow flower center), and 5 Petal Flower (red flower sections).

I decided to make a digi print about time to go along with the amazing digi stamp by Lily Pink Designs.  I found this quote by Mother Teresa and knew it was exactly what I was looking for!  I plan to make prints, frame them, and give them as gifts. :)

MMM: Fancy Folds

Well, April is just flying by!  It's the fourth Monday and we've got a new challenge for you over at Make My Monday!  This week we want to see cards with FANCY FOLDS.  That's right--there must be more than one fold in your card!

Here's what I've created~

I've used patterned paper by Recollections, ribbon by May Arts, and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.  I used the Decorative Label Punch and the Blossom Punch to create the large flower on the front.  It kind of morphed into what you see there...I like it, though!

CAS Birthday for my bro!

Hi, friends!  I hope you're all doing well on this Sabbath day.  I unfortunately am not.  I once again have bronchitis.  Here's a question for you--WHY do I always get bronchitis?  It goes from a sniffle to bronchitis each time I start to feel even a tad under the weather.  I'm not a smoker, don't live with a smoker, have never lived or been around people who smoked.  I do have asthma, but I take my inhaler at the first sign of trouble and it's rare.  So WHY?  Grr...

Anyway, being under the weather forced me to stay home today and since my dear brother's birthday is Tuesday, I made a card for him!  And I kept it CAS!  Hooray!!!
