Okay, this week at One Layer Wednesday, the challenge was to create one layer cards with variations on a sentiment. The card can only have the sentiment. The sentiment is the only thing to be on the card. I am in trouble...
Or am I?! I recently purchased the Season's Greetings set from Inkadinkado (see previous post here) and I still hadn't used the largest sentiment. HUZZAH!!! I made four cards--Susan did, too, and so I just followed in her fabulous footsteps! :D
Card 1 (embossed with gold tinsel powder)~

What do you think? My favorite is the white one red. So bold and festive!!! I had so much fun with this challenge--and I will be able to send these to friends everywhere with no extra postage. HUZZAH! Hope you join in the fun--merry stamping! :)

Those cards are all lovely but the red is my favourite and I think you have helped me as I have a large word stamp "peace" and wondered if it would look OK to just stamp and emboss it on a card without an image and I can now see it works well, thanks.
Thanks, Denise--good luck with your stamp!!! I KNOW it'll look fabulous! :)
These are all beautiful. I can't decide which I prefer, although I am leaning towards the glittery gold.
That Kaleidoscope powder is pretty and fun. It's a nice match with the simple design limits of the challenge.
Mynnette, these are gorgeous! What a great sentiment stamp! I love the green and kaleidoscope card, but my second favourite would be the white embossed on red. :-)
Wow - I can't even begin to choose a favourite - they are all gorgeous - Jacqueline xx
Thanks! :)
Mynnette, these are all fabulous! I think my favorite one is the red embossed with white!! Beautiful!
Great job on them all Mynnette!
Beautiful cards, Mynnette! ;)
