A bit sick of Christmas

Not the holiday, just the card type. I've been creating mainly Christmas cards for quite some time now...feels like that is all I've been posting! SO....I am here with a NON-Christmas card! With bling...of course!

Don't forget--if I get 100 followers by January 1, 2012, I'm giving away blog candy!!! :)

OH...MY...WORD! I also forgot to share some awesome news! I'm not trying to brag--I'm just really excited! My Stampin' Up! party was a complete and utter SUCCESS!!! I received $100 in free merchandise AND a 1/2 price item...what could THAT be?! OH, that's right!!! A BIG SHOT!!!! Merry Christmas to ME! :) So, my question for all of you is, what dies do I need to buy?! I already have a bunch of embossing folders--what else is NECESSARY?! ;D

Okay, back to my card...this one is another entry for Pile It On--BLING! ;D And there's quite a bit of it...

Here's the card~

Detail~

What do you think? I LOVE it! Not sure who to give it to, but I think maybe it will have to be a really good friend! :) Hope you're inspired to create today! Come join us at Pile It On--it's a month long BLING challenge! :)

MERRY STAMPING!!!

Your card is beautiful, and I can totally relate to being sick of making Christmas cards. I think I now have enough to send one to every person in the United States AND the United Kingdom. LOL Also, thanks for your kind words. Since we lost the boys, we had two beautiful daughters, (miscarried others along the way), and I prayed and prayed for a son - IF it was God's will; promising to raise Him for the glory of God, and the Lord blessed us with our son, Andrew, 19 years after the loss of the twins. He always answers prayer, Mynnette. In His perfect time, and according to His perfect will. Just keep yourselves centered in His will, and He WILL give you the desires of your heart. Thanks for being a blessing to me today.
Hugs,
Karen

Delightful glitzy non-Christmas card! Congrats on your party success! YAY :) As far as dies I think the label dies are a good choice and maybe a doily. I have several from Papertrey ink that I love and am working on my spellbinders choices! Good luck can't wait to see what you pick ;)

Hi Mynnette. I LOVE all the bling on your card and that you stamped it on a dp. What a great look. Beautiful card for someone special.

What a fabulous card Mynnette - the bling is perfect on that subtle background. Congratulations on the success of your Stampin' Up party. It sounds like you've got lots of lovely goodies on their way! As for dies, I love the Top Note, Mini Milk Carton, embosslits buttons and butterflies but my all-time most used die is a small, inexpensive one called Little Leaves - love it!
