Technique Time Tuesday: Faux Silk

Wow, September!!!  I can't believe it!  We're only a few days in, but it seems like summer is coming to a close so quickly!  I just hope the temperature keeps dropping--it's been 100* and over the past few days!

Anyway, this post is to tell you about the new technique challenge we have for you this month at Technique Time Tuesday!!!  Its' called FAUX SILK and creates such a fun effect!

Here's my card~

Detail of the effect~

I've use stamps by Hero Arts, glitter glue by Studio G, sequins and tissue paper from my stash, washi tape by We R Memory Makers, markers by Spectrum Noir, and all other supplies are by Stampin' Up!.

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek at my card--hop over to the challenge blog for the video tutorial and to play along with us!  You've got a month to make as many creations as you'd like!  Don't forget to stop by and leave some love with the other gals on this fabulously brilliant DT as well!  HUGS and happy stamping friends!
